We're seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to:
- Commit time and effort to practicing and developing their skills
- Perform at workshops and community festivals as part of VCO's outreach programs after training
Language & Accessibility:
- Instruction in both Cantonese and English
- No prior experience or language skills required — all backgrounds welcome!

It is a traditional Chinese art form, involving music, singing, martial arts, acrobatics, and acting. The Vancouver Cantonese Opera is a non-profit society incorporated on June 30th, 2000. Our mission is to preserve and promote Cantonese opera in Canada. We endeavor to present the unique traditional art form of Cantonese opera at the highest level to both Chinese and non-Chinese audiences.
